Bonnie, On the page you mention above is the register form. Just complete the form and check your email for a link to finalize your registration and create your login for the download page.
These are phenomenal! However, I am trying to work with the inside spread of ad two, but whenever I open it up in photoshop, it only has a single layer (as though it was flattened), rendering it unusable. Any insight on how to fix this?

Unfortunately for this free template I do not have the layered version for that particular ad. You could use the outside spread to build a similar inside spread as a work-around.
